Description
An airy, slightly chewy, slightly sour, high-quality sourdough bread.
This is not a typical “San Francisco Sourdough”, because it is only subtly sour. Makes an excellent grilled cheese or other sandwich. The perfect all-around day-to-day bread.
Loaves are oblong and pre-sliced.
Each loaf weighs 720g before baking. Approximately 20 slices per loaf.
